My teaching experience during the pandemic

 

Hello friends, 

       I'm NagarajaSetty, a secondary grade teacher form Holagunda, Kurnool district of AndhraPradesh. The pandemic  affected all the things and peoples , education and students are not the exceptions.  I experienced a sudden break in teaching learning process.  The huge gap formed between the learners and me. Initially I tried to bridge this gap with online teaching and failed to get the results as our kids are technically not updated.

       Then I collected the contact numbers of all the students and created a WhatsApp group then I started my initiative.  I'm delighted to share my initiative during pandemic to reach our kids.       Here you can get animated video lessons, videos on singing poems, simple science experiments,Nali-Kali videos, story narration, skits, speeches & Essy's,videos on TLMs, language games, fun activities, simple ways to teach English and videos on all the subjects of classes 1to5.*

     Presently I have 306 videos and *45,000 subscribers.*

   I was not familiar with technology,I learnt all the technics by watching YouTube. At first I failed to reach at least 10 students. After creating awareness and whatsapp groups for students, finally succeeded.

  If we face the same pandemic, I can use this platform more effectively.
